Pros

This is a big company in a rapidly expanding industry. There is a good deal of potential and backing to weather the ups and downs.

Cons

Senior management has no idea how to lead. Talk is rewarded. Powerpoint slides hold more weight than work. If one points out that the emperor has no clothes, then you be labeled not a team player, unprofessional, and detrimental to the company. If you can talk the talk, then you will walk on water. Can't produce a product in three years? If you can admit that, then you are labeled brave and everyone will be required to support you unconditionally. This sounds bitter. But we did controlled experiments on senior management. They are that bad at evaluating talent, truth, and work.

Pros

Good products with a strong reputation as the leader in the solar racking space. A driving force at raising the quality level of product performance and standards.

Cons

A dysfunctional management style ends up pitting groups against each other. Misdirection of goals in the channel arena is a negative that needs to be overcome to become the true leader in the industry.

Low pay. Executive Management needs a huge wake up call.
