Pros

New office, even though the ceiling leaks. Snacks...... I honestly don't know where to begin, there are no pros to this company.

Cons

I'll begin here, I have worked here near a year. The managers are never available to assist. Upper management is as cut throat as it gets, they say don't make excuses yet the software weekly prohibits a smooth flow of work, leads get moved while you are working them, and when you are doing work there are usually other coworkers who are making too much noise to get anything done. I could go on, however I will just say this, please strongly reconsider your choices when applying here.

Pros

-Good base pay. -Work at home.

Cons

This place is a train wreck. First of all, you do not get offered a 401k plan until you are one year into your service. They also prey on recent college grads, hoping that they stay on their parents health insurance to cut franchise cost. I have never seen such a high turnover rate. Literally nobody wants to work here. it is soul sucking and you will hate it. Absolutely no leads are given to you. Your time after work is spent on google searching for tiny stores in the middle of nowhere. Absolutely no brand awareness. People think you are trying to scam them because they have never heard of Unishippers in their life. Most of the store owners you talk to are very simple minded people, and really just do not care. Expected 350 calls a week. Last but not least the management is laughable. These guys will humiliate you on morning meetings for not making 350 calls. Absolute joke. Most of the time they aren't even working. Training is terrible. You just listen to someone cold call for 3 hours and all of a sudden "Alright you're ready, go work". The CRM platform is so outdated, its like working on a gameboy. Stagnant position. You could work here for 50 years and never move up in any form or fashion. Do not, I repeat do not work here. Don't do it.

Pros

Nice co-workers, for the most part. Unique office setting: hardwood floors, nice ambient lighting, and a few office cats (if you like cats).

Cons

Let's break it down into a "baker's dozen" shall we? 1. Senior management is not interested in what's best for the company or their employees, only what's best for them. The priorities change daily, without warning, and with little to no regard as to how they affect the employees. 2. Regardless of the fact that there is a layer of management to handle the picayune matters, senior management micro-manages to the nth degree and is fully immersed into every minuscule thing that occurs. 3. Senior management continuously embarrasses itself by being unprofessional in front of the entire organization. This creates confusion and demoralizes the staff. 4. You only succeed if you're a sycophant. In other words, senior management wants blind followers who agree with their every whim. Asking "Why" or "What if" is a big no-no and they often find ways to punish you through passive-aggressive behavior and dodgy business practices. 5. The wellness program is a joke. Senior management says it's optional but if you decline they treat you as if you just irreparably damaged them personally. 6. Training is non-existent on site. It's a veritable potpourri of subjects that aren't very focused and rarely stay on topic. Corporate training is available but at this franchise it isn't an option until you've worked there a minimum of three months. 7. Issues aren't addressed, they're ignored. Unless you're one of the aforementioned sycophants, then it's Judgment at Nuremberg. 8. A lot of unhappy people who are afraid to speak up for fear of reprisal because senior management sees the world through rose colored glasses. 9. Senior management implements their personal religious beliefs into the daily operations and workplace policies. 10. Pay scale is subjective and not commensurate with position titles and workload expectations. 11. As it pertains to employees and in front of the entire organization, senior management enjoys throwing the word "fire" around quite a bit. So much so that the morale of the entire office, sans sycophants, is in grave disrepair. 12. The benefits package for full time employees is underwhelming and grossly inadequate. 13. No accountability from senior management. They always find a way to alleviate themselves by laying the responsibility at someone else's doorstep.
