Easy-going and good colleagues, generally ok atmosphere, the brand is much stronger then the company from inside. Flexibility depending on the department.
Cons
Totally disrespectful behaviour towards employees from the top, especially on certain departments. Poor or non-existent communication from top management, weird decisions behind your back. Lack of professionalism and process management allover the company. Low salaries compared to your workload. Sad too see this total turnover in the company atmosphere.
