1. Abusive and entitled leadership with a questionable background 2. Pathetic work commitments and partnerships 3. Bait and switch in terms of the impressions/branding given at the interviews vs the conduct after joining. PS, be prepared for a lot of yelling and abuses thrown around in meetings 4. Toxic work culture signalling red flags to GenZ and Millennials candidates. Would be hard to build a career and attract best talents. 5. Lagging or lack of processes and systems.
