Pros
- Modern company, with a start-up mentality and dynamism, yet the maturity of a soon-to-be great company - Plenty of opportunities to grow fast in the company, as the company itself is growing fast - Top-notch, technically super-strong colleagues with diverse backgrounds and true collegial environment with no internal competition. And fun people to have beers with :) - Walking the talk when it comes to ensuring proper work-life balance and flexibility to work from home / take PTO (of which we had 6 weeks/year during my time in the company) - Cool pro-bono projects and true motivation to "do good" and uphold the company's values
Cons
- Pay a little on the low end compared to larger / more established companies - Few "true" DS projects
