Grew too fast. People are not happy. leadership does not seem to care that culture is suffering.

Great company with employee-first culture, Excellent company-payed benefits including deductible reimbursement, encouragement to use the unlimited PTO, a generous amount of holidays, and a relatively flat hierarchy. Leadership listens, are supportive and compassionate.

Cons

Honestly, none so far after 6 months.

Some of the people on the leadership team are very innovative, smart and motivate everyone to have fun doing what we do. Great people to be around across the board and always working as a team.

Cons

Too many initiatives at the same time. We're able to handle but still too many.
