      relatively low oversight throughout the company, and there is typically a year-end bonus that equals 1.5-2 paychecks.

      Cons

      Most positions within the company pay poverty level wages that you can't feasibly live off of. Raises are given extremely sparingly.

      Colleagues get along well with each other. The working environment is average. You can basically get off work on time. There is little need to work overtime. You can balance the quality of life and take care of your family.

      Cons

      The work is complex, with great opportunities for cross-department cooperation and many meetings. Communication, coordination and time management skills are very important.
