Pros

The business office is nice

Cons

This was the most toxic and dysfunctional place I have ever worked. I worked in the accounting office which consists of 4 people. The longest term employee in the past years is 6 months. It is constant turnover, most people only staying on for 2-3 months once they see how horribly they are treated. It is not an exaggeration to say that they have probably had 25 different people in a 4 person accounting department in the past 3 years. There is no work/life balance, there is no flexibility, employees are called names and treated horribly. The management is the worst I have ever worked for, there is only one thing running this company and that is GREED. The owners may try and "sell" you on what type of company this is, but you have been warned...stay away.

Pros

It is still a job, the company generates revenue and pays weekly. Though, there is little job security and significantly below industry compensation.

Cons

This is an example of a distressed company. There is constant in-office turnover. In my experience, there were red flags all over the place. Do not ignore them with wishful thinking as I had done, recognize them early on in the process and avoid wasting your time here. There are unprofessional and irrational business practices at this company. I initially had thought that the bad reviews on here were just disgruntled ex-employees, but its more than that and they were accurate.

Thank you for your feedback and review. We value and consider all feedback and your input is greatly appreciated. We'll continue to find ways to improve but I wanted to address a couple of your specific comments here. First, attrition is a typical characteristic of the construction industry. In general, the labor force of a construction company is dependent upon its volume of work, so as work volume increases, so does the labor force and as volume diminishes, the workforce constricts. Statistically, UBS maintains an above average standard in terms of maintaining a consistent work force. Secondly, to comment on the current viability of the company - UBS has been in operation for over 35 years and is currently positioning for growth and expansion in new markets throughout the Southeast. Its base operations have nearly doubled in the last 10 years and there has beeen a significant net increase in staffing to meet the needs of the growth. We are sorry to hear that you had a less than optimal working experience at UBS. If you have a moment to connect with our HR team and share your experience, we'd love to hear from you. 303-466-7200 Option 3 for HR. Thank you again for your review
