Pros

Working the events. Some of the staff is really fun to work with.

Cons

Working the events. Patrons are rude because of the insanely overpriced everything. Over worked, no work life balance during season. All work no life, a lot of 12-16 hour days during events. Time off is hard to schedule. A few utterly worthless upper management.

Get to see events, which includes concerts and sporting.
