Pros
Overall friendly environment. Flexible with time off needed or work from home days.
Cons
If you are hired for “The Firm”, prepare to be overwhelmed. You will be hired for a specific position, but will have multiple things dropped on you with very little guidance and a lot of expectation. Sometimes answers from management are snarky and not of a team player mindset.

Fun place to work, anything you need to do you job is supplied to you, you have support from leadership any time you ask for it.
Cons
Its hard to see a future or understand how to get a raise, which can be frustrating.
