      Good OT pay but poor welfare and high turnover.

      Pros

      OT pay is good and Canteen and cafe is good.

      Cons

      Not much welfare/health benefits. China bosses, if you are unlucky can use vulgarities at you. Chinese speaking company. High turnover for PEs due to overloading + shift work. Certain departments have it easier.
