      Pros

      United Systems is a fantastic place to grow and develop your career. It boasts great co-workers and owners who genuinely care about your well-being. They also organize Free Food Truck Tuesdays for their employees.

      Cons

      Demanding Workload: There's always plenty to do, which can help you develop strong time management and multitasking skills. If you stay on top of your work, then you will not have any issues here.

      Pros

      Amazing group of people to work with and with a company that is growing the right way, with transparent leadership and caring hearts. Don't let some of the feedback on here make it sound otherwise, as at least one is a former employee who was terminated (which is rare, if that tells you anything!). DEFINITELY not a "toxic work environment" by any stretch.

      Cons

      For me, the downside is the drive in to the office since I live in another county, but that's not the company's fault by any means. Ultimately, from an employer perspective, there's not much that can be considered a "con." Yeah, the lunch options are fewer and further between than I'd prefer, but really, bring a healthy lunch instead ;)
