      Pros

      Job security, Christmas bonus. User friendly systems, great office/nice view, nice location, good benefits (insurance, dental and 401k)

      Cons

      No advancement and no raises. There is no seniority when it comes down to schedule requests. It's called first-come first serve basis.

      Lies in regards to promotions and reviews, unrealistic expectations, micro-managing, inter office politics.

      Pros

      The company isn't done growing so there are promotions available that can give you experience for better jobs in the future.

      Cons

      Very negative work environment, totalitarian management, socializing via chat has been banned, inflexible work schedule, no raises, they may change work hours rapidly and you're required to accommodate it.
