Pros
-Benefits -Convenient early schedule -Raises based on actual performance -Friendly staff and a sense of family/team -Opportunity for growth into existing and not yet existing positions -Understanding upper management that will work with your problems
Cons
-Difficult to find staff that will stay/show up (which makes it hard to run things smooth and efficiently) -Hard learning curve. I didn't see this as a con necessarily, but worth noting. It does take time to learn the system and to feel 100% comfortable with the freedom/responsibility given to you.
