The company has lost so many employees. There is no work, life, balance. You are at the mercy of the families you work with and if they cancel and you cannot make up the billable time, you do not get your full paycheck. The PTO is a joke. The paperwork is overwhelming. Turn over rate is high. The expectations are very unrealistic if you want to have a life outside of work.

Biggest pro was just leaving and no longer being affiliated with such overwhelming greed and disregard for anything besides $$$

Cons

Employers blatantly care more about their own pockets than not just the employees, but clients too. It was embarrassing to represent this agency in the mental health field, and shameful to represent "raising the bar in Mental health".
