Good compensation compared to other companies, depending on your level.
Cons
1. Lack of direction for a very very long time. Strategic mistakes are frequently made and eventually results in quarterly layoffs and re-orgs. Changes do not settle in and the next RIF comes.
2. Reducing sites rapidly.
3. Really bad communication top to bottom. Very bad HR and people management.
4. Awkward benefits compared to similar companies
Good work-life balance, Some teams have good culture and management
Cons
Not a lot of room for career growth, not sure if the company still has a well-defined product. The company has went through too many rounds of leadership changes and acquisitions.
