Pros
Fantastic training and support. It works so well with being a single mother. Flexible hours monday - friday between 9am and 7pm.
Cons
I dont have any cons to this company or role.
Pros
When you are an employee for unity4, you have the ultimate luxury of choosing your own Monday to Friday roster, and your shifts are completed entirely from home! Let say, on a Wednesday you want to do some hours in the morning but need a break for two hours after lunch to run some errands, but want to work some more hours after that, your able to do just that. Versatility is great in this job. The staff support is awesome with great PAID training over two days , and ongoing team meets and training occurring regularly. I would recommend unity4 to anyone who has a passion to deliver exceptional customer service.
Cons
There are really no cons that I can think of except, this job may not be suited to introverts who find it difficult to speak with complete strangers over the phone. Also you do need a quiet space I. Your house so family members, friends or pets aren’t interfering with the quality of your call whilst working live.
Pros
Unity4 are unique within the homeworking sector and really give you the flexibility to work as much or as little as you want. The hours are also flexible and you can book exactly what you want to work within the client hours. The training is very user friendly and straightforward. The systems are much easier to use than other platforms I have experienced with previous companies. They are also reliable as I have experienced large amounts of downtime with other companies due to system outages. This obviously has a big impact when working from home. I have found all of the management team to be friendly and approachable and always happy to help with any queries or concerns.
Cons
I don't have any as the role suits exactly what I was looking for and has delivered on what i was hoping it would be.
Pros

Cons

Pros

Cons
Some people you speak to on the phone can be rude but thats the nature of the role
Pros
Flexibility - Can choose work hours and days Working from home
Cons
Got great feedback and ratings for the calls for the first couple of weeks. That was the only feedback that was ever gjven. But without any notice and just after a month, hours were cut. Project lead didn't have the courtesy to call and advice why. After multiple follow ups , was informed by the trainer(!)coldly that there won't be any work from the following week. Was promised consistent ongoing training and support but apart from the induction training no other training was given. After following up for feedback as to why I was let go when my ratings were good, was informed by HR that another project got cancelled and they had to move long term employees from that project to the one I was working on and new employees were hence let go! Resigned my previous job for the lure of a flexible work from home option! And became jobless because of these people! Stay away from this company - there is no job security, people and management are cold unfriendly & heartless, there's no training like they promise, project leads are useless, not accessible and are bad communicators. Irrespective of performance, you'll be let go without notice by rude management.
Pros
Work any hours/ Shift, provided its 30Hr plus a week. The moneys fine for what you do. Exceed my own expectation's in terms of the setup needed. The software is simple to easy to use. Approachable upper management. The trainings great. No micro management. They give you time to adjust unlike some work places who give you less then 2 days training & expect you to know and sell their product's in 3.
Cons
T.L's can be slow to react/ Reply with update's and com's some days.
