      The employees are all truly wonderful individuals who are very supportive and willing to teach you anything you would like to know. The company is constantly growing and changing, so no two days look the same which keeps the job interesting and engagement.

      If you are someone who requires a lot of handholding and constant feedback this may not be the company for you

      Pros

      I worked at this Agency for a few months and then I ultimately ended up getting my dream job in a different industry. If it wasn't for UniversaCare, I wouldn't know how great some employers are out there. There was constantly supervision and support from my manager during all aspects of business. I was so grateful that I joined an organization that focused so much on the learning aspect of work.
