Working with individuals to help them excel in their careers as accounting professionals with confidence and competence. Universal offers the training and support to help me develop and leverage my strengths to help others. Clear expectations from employees (KPIs)

Cons

Not enough time in the day to get everything done. So many opportunities to work with others so I need help moving various tasks and projects along. Most of the work is remote, requiring individuals to be personally motivated and disciplined to achieve work objectives.

They have no interest in addressing concerns or implementing meaningful changes. The environment is toxic and abusive, and they will work you relentlessly for their own benefit. It’s a place where your well-being, time, and contributions are disregarded in favor of their own selfish gain.
