Nightmare!

Pros

You can wear bluejeans most days and drink on Fridays. If that's what it takes to make you happy this is the place for you!

Cons

The review by the current employee (Jefe) is inaccurate to the point of being ridiculous. It's also a whole lot biased considering it was written by the president who is the source of most of what's wrong with this place. To be honest, tho, he does have quite a lot of help from the CEO who is the most emotionally unstable person I have ever met in my life! She's spoiled, volatile and erratic and is far too immature to be a CEO much less the owner of a business. They lay off employees and tell others if they want to keep their Jobs then they will have to take a pay cut but then they hire a personal assistant for the president and the CEO to get them their coffee, lunch and dry cleaning. Uproot people from their homes and other jobs then fire them without warning. Turnover is crazy even in management. I've never seen anything like it! This was the worst job I have ever had and the most difficult year of my life.

Don't Work Here

Pros

Was a great place to work until the new owner took over.

Cons

Too many chiefs and not enough Indians! Seems you have to be in the "in" crowd to work at this place. Pay was horrible unless you were in the "in" crowd. I am quite convinced the new owner has some type of mental issues going on with her. People were fired for frivolous reasons.

Pros

Cool dealing with airplanes and airplane parts

Cons

Bad management by very young and inexperienced individuals CEO is very emotional and is very inconsistent and unstable Stay away from the sales department.... If you are interviewing ask what the turn over rate is. If they can't answer that, ask how many people in the sales department has either left or been fired over the past two years.
