Pros

Mon-Fri You don't work any later than 6:00pm You can take breaks when you need them.

Cons

This place plays favorites, suck up or you will be misrable Adds things onto your job description Pay is not equal even if you do other people's jobs. Managers will throw you under the bus in order to save their own selves. Can't really take time off, not enough staff

Pros

Management and coworkers are great.

Cons

Those higher up the chain are the problem, they've started heckling managers to not provide overtime for employees. Some employees who were doing overtime were doing quality work with it which you would think the company would appreciate. I've heard from other departments where if you work an extra minute now you will get talked down to. New CEO and CFO seems to be the blame and I don't see it getting better. The companies that are affiliated with Universal are not any better, too many problems with them.

Incompetent management and new owners that only care about the bottom line.

Pros

Easy to get hired if you're desperate and willing to be underpaid

Cons

Managers dont know how to manage, all departments lack leadership and feedback. No room for growth. All positions in all departments are underpaid and overworked
