Pros

1. Decent clientele 2. Accepts people from very diverse background, people returning to corporate world after long breaks are welcome

Cons

1. Terrible project management and scope- 90% of their projects overrun, poor planning leads to rework and delay. Firm has decent clientele however; projects are sub-par and offer limited scope of learning. 2. Pathetic and Negative work culture- Employees keep cribbing about the firm, no respect for employees and no attempts made by senior leadership to foster positive work atmosphere and friendliness in the firm. 3. Delayed and Biased Appraisals- Appraisals are delayed by several months (4-6 months). Employees need to run behind directors to get their evaluations/ appraisals done. There’s no HR in the organization to look into employee related issues. 4. Extremely poor work life balance- People are made to work 16-18 hrs a day due to over-commitment by directors and lack of clarity, which leads to health issues. Employees are made to work on weekends/public holidays and senior management has no respect for employee’s personal lives. They claim on the website that they monitor long working hours which is a blatant lie and highly misleading. 5. Extremely high attrition of ~70%, most of the people leave this firm in a year's time. 6. Unstable career growth- Despite being a 25-year-old firm, there have been instances where firm had no projects and people sat idle for extended period. Career aspirations and competencies are not taken care of, while staffing. 7. Unfair and unclear policies- Leave policy is a hoax, earned leaves aren't accrued during probation; No bonuses, no local travel reimbursements, out of pocket expenses are delayed by several months. All these are not clarified to the candidate during the interview process. 8. Trainings- Topics are not well thought of and are mostly random, leading to wastage of time.

Pros

Good start for bachelors or CAs to enter consulting industry without management background, diverse and challenging projects across different industry

Cons

- Employee well-being: Directors will make the employees work for more than 16-18 hours a day 7 days a week; no compensatory offs on Saturdays even if your offer letter states five days a week working policy, - 25 years in business yet lack of process/policies: No timeline for reviews and appraisals, offer letter does not indicate that the first appraisal happens only when a year is completed (which is also very unlikely to happen on time), no leaves accrued during probation 3. Leadership: employees joining do not get a fair chance to prove their capabilities due to biased allocation of projects by the directors; promotions do not have a timeline and are biased based on director favoritism

Pros

Wide variety of projects which can be an experience at first hand but at what cost? It depends

Cons

There n number of cons in the organisation 1. 0 WLB, You will be put on project that demand whole of your 18hrs in a day and only 6hrs for sleeping (That also depends on the level of project) 2. Directors are either too busy to review or they dont care but at the end when the deadline of the project approaches they will make the whole document toss around (will make you do n number of changes of what you have earlier made that too in short time you have to do so much of the things) 3. No level of motivation given to you if you perform well 4. Poor/Old laptop devices are given which even can't run windows 10 properky 5. Poor finance department (when you leave the organisation make sure you keep on asking for exiting formalities because they will delay to like month or so to process your last month fees and reliving letter) 6. No respect for your own personal time even saturday you have to work and majority of sunday are also blocked for working
