      Pros

      They offer an excellent work life balance, with private offices for all employees, generous paid time off, and the option to work remotely two days per week.

      Cons

      Some individuals continue to smoke inside their office premises, the benefits package is not that good, in particular health insurance, and compensation is below or at the market average, not super competitive.

      Decent offices that only kind of smell like cigarettes.

      Cons

      The worst job I've ever had. Stuck in the 50s with D caliber talent. Very toxic. People have been there so long that they don't even know how bad and behind the times they are.
