People generally don't want to leave. There's a great variety of projects and clients to work with. There's always an exciting project. You feel heard and listened to by the senior team. The office is usually empty by 6.15pm.
Cons
As people don't want to leave, it's a top heavy team. It doesn't always feel like there's a lot of room from career growth.
