Pros

Working hours are good. Office space is attractive.

Cons

Customers are treated like dirt. Employees are treated even worse. If you aren't family, you are replaceable. It was a running joke - who will get fired next? This company hires/fires without reason. Communication is non-existent. Employees who have been there for YEARS still wonder if they will have a job tomorrow.

Good service for companies that need to factor AR.

Cons

Dysfunctional "sales" team. Nepotism and low quality gold-diggers are slowly crushing this company. They are order-takers, not sales pros.(They expect their prey to pry their lips open, crawl in and demand to be swallowed. These are lazy sleepers -- not hungry hunters.) Exceptionally negative environment. Anyone outside the "family" will not remain employed long in their "marketing department".
