      Pros

      Large diversified group in HR. Lot of opportunities within system to grow. One of the Best consulting firms I have come across. Lot of emphasis on employee career growth plans and training. Fastest growing company in the sector. A very good mix of experienced and young energetic crowd. One of the few companies who is liberally willing to extend opportunities to people even from outside consulting background.

      Cons

      I have not come across anything precise to highlight in this forum. I feel the potential of the company is yet not fully exploited and there is a lot to do.

      Pros

      Universal Hunt is a Recruitment company, but more importantly is a leading outsourcing company. The culture at Universal Hunt is incredible and breeds innovation and execution. The company has some of the most brilliant consultants that drive the business. Leadership is very much in touch with the rank and file and connected with the business and technology. The company invests in its team members to learn and grow. It's a wonder !!

      It's very competitive because Universal Hunt team members are of a higher caliber. To be the type of person to succeed, you need to do more than just work hard. You have to be innovative and go the extra mile if you want to advance your career.

      Pros

      Universal Hunt is the first company I have worked for where they have a defined culture based on Values that are actually practiced. This goes all the way up to the CEO. The Executive Staff here at UH are refreshingly down to earth, approachable, and they care about the employees, and it shows. They truly walk the talk. It is amazing to be able to work for, and be part of the team here at UH. I feel fortunate to be a part of such a great company.

      It's a Big Career Platform, if you can work smarter.. the "X" factor what Universal Hunt gives you.
