Pros

Your boss can be decent, but anyone else is waiting for you to terribly and miserably fail on top of that make a fun out of you because how loser you are! Lesson#1 Don't trust anybody except yourself! Lesson#2 Stay away unless you absolutely have no place to get experience.

Cons

1-High employer turnover. 2-Negative work environment. 3-Unhealthy Work-Life balance. 4-There are A LOT OF GOSSIP in the office! 5-Few senior engineers often absent or come late and leave early. 6-No recognition for your work. 7-Quick lose of motivation. 8-Much below average salary. 9-Work amount is 3x of what you signed up for if not more. 10-Constant feel of unhappiness from coworkers.

Constant pressure!

Pros

There are no any pros! Leave while you can.

Cons

Under constant pressure from seniors. There are always concern that domestic workers eventually leave or diminish, because "there are friend who can do your job!" There will be no domestic workers left in 2-3 years if that continues.
