Pros

Medical Benefits; learned a lot

Cons

It’s all about who you know; no raises, backstabbing, hateful inexperienced leaders, micromanaging and matrix style mgmt is beyond stressful, workload is unmanageable even working 60+ hrs a week; incompetency at highest levels; no confidentiality or professionalism; lacks moral compass; careless and unresponsive managers; slave camp; no clear job descriptions; major delays in every dept.; disrespectful leaders; no accountability

Pros

Great pay Good overtime Nice raises Good Vacation Time

Cons

Complete lack of management skills Treat their employees like children even to the point where you are made to read aloud from an underwriting manual like a bunch of kindergardeners Sense of Jealousy and Resentment from Co Workers and Management when you plan accrued time off Squeaky Wheel gets the most grease when it comes to projects and advancement at company
