      Pros

      Small company feel. nice offices

      Cons

      Management is clueless! CFO and President are out of touch with what happens in the trenches. Lots of sketchy things going on with upper management and turning the other cheek with employees violating RESPA laws. Dept. heads are unorganized. Technology is lacking. Very slow loan system. Hard to move up when you have been there a long time.

      Pros

      Loved my fours years there. Loved the constant busy, the interaction, the customers, and working hard. Would have stayed longer but my manager is still very much stuck in her high school millennial days and if you aren't one of the popular kids, you are gone. Doesn't matter how hard you worked.

      Cons

      No reward or raise for being dedicated and working hard. Must be a part of the millennial high school club mentality that is ULC which includes a lot of socialization. Whatever you do, working hard hear is not appreciated or wanted.

      Pros

      Everyone is friendly. Management is understanding and helpful and shows appreciate as often as possible.

      Cons

      Not a ton of room for advancement simply because of size and length that people stay with the company which is also a positive.
