Toxic Leadership and Poor Practices Lead to Unmotivated, Burned-Out Employees

Pros

Supplement allowance (yay free t-shirts...), free gym, some good co-workers.

Cons

No opportunities for growth/advancement, always understaffed and undervalued, poor leadership, toxic environment, workplace bullying/disrespect/belittlement, distrust, and unfairness/favoritism. Constant changeover in leadership but the same antiquated mindset keeps getting hired to fill those positions. The company refuses to listen to internal experts they hired, and rather waste money continuously turning to external agencies for studies and advice, wasting valuable resources and time. Also expect to spend countless hours in pointless meetings, sometimes even just waiting for other co-workers to join (be prepared, you could wait up to 20 minutes for someone to join your 30 minute meeting - this actually happens fairly often and is considered acceptable behavior there if the latecomers are in leadership positions).
