Pros

Decent hourly rate (when you have work.) High skilled and helpful seniors. Relevant projects.

Cons

Give up all your rights as an employee, don't have any sense of future security. Be open to be assigned weeks of unpaid vacations or at best 45% hourly cut, any day or any hour you don't have a project assigned by production. When you do have things to do, expect also a crazy crunch time with a sick amount of unpaid overworked hours. You are basically a fake freelancer who can't work anywhere else but don't have any paid vacations, sick days or rights.
