- Very unprofessional work environment - Leadership changes their mind too much, so it's hard to finish projects - There is no formal training process - Too many unnecessary meetings make it hard to finish tasks - A lot of unfulfilled promises are made - Uses fear to try to motivate employees - Refuses to let other employees learn certain processes to lighten the workload on others - You will never be allowed to run your own calls with clients or potential clients

I wish I could offer a more positive feedback but I would HIGHLY suggest staying away from this place if at all possible. The CEO considers himself the best of the best and it is “always the neighbor next door” — It is everyone else’s fault for any failed opportunities. Neurotic behavior, instilling fear as a form of motivation, micromanaging, changing direction as often one changes their socks, creates a VERY tense, frustrating, negative, choatic, and mentally depleting work environment. Room for growth is painted as a pretty picture, but it does not exist. The platform is very complex and one would think there would be a very organized onboarding training process for it but think again - that also does not exist. If you are favored over other colleagues, it is not uncommon to be persuaded into working 2-3 jobs with no perks for your hard efforts. I understand the job market is challenging at the moment, so if you do choose to work here, please mentally prepare yourself.
