      Pros

      Loved the environment. Loved how it is merit-based so I do not have to wait in line to grow based on seniority or anything. It is all based on my work ethic. I also was really happy with the communication and support from management and human resources. They helped me a lot and addressed my concerns.

      Cons

      A bit fast paced but that was probably more on me because I wanted to get going.

      Pros

      I feel like I am treated equally as everyone else and I am able to contribute without worry. A few of my previous employers seemed so biased, I was worried and just did what I was told but never felt myself grow after reaching a certain point. Here I feel like I can.

      Pros

      There is a lot of opportunity for people who put in hard work, since this is a merit based company. Lots of opportunity for growth, travel, bonuses for those that have earned it!Plus the hands on training has been great.

      Cons

      Some times the hours fluctuate, but I've learned to work with it.
