      Free coffee in the office.

      Cons

      Management was awful, condescending, & micro-managing. Unrealistic goals. Spoken to like you are a child.

      Pros

      Staff is kind and have amazing resources. Great company events and decent pay.

      Cons

      Lacks diversity in age and leadership representing people of color. There are gaps in the training and organizational structure. No a healthy boundary between work and personal life. 40 a week is just the minimum which isn't communicated initially. A lot of system changes and lacks consistency in operational standards depending on what day it is or which location you work at. If you can just grin and bear, this company is for you.
