Pros

4 screen workspace, and easy interview process

Cons

Company breaks GDPR on a daily basis. Took me on as an apprentice but never provided an apprentice, even after 6 months but continued to pay apprentice wage. They “couldn’t afford” to pay us our full wages. Danny Nevill puts down anyone who tries to speak up to him. I was advised not to speak to him regarding the lack of apprenticeship and being paid apprentice wage without an apprenticeship as I will be fired on the spot. After I left, I was still having to chase up my remaining wages - the remainder of one month and the second month (paid a month inarears). We were promoted to clients as experts in what we did, yet most people had 12 months experience maximum.

Pros

There is no good thing I can say about this company

Cons

They have purposely underpaid employees. They had done this multiple times previously and sometimes, the employee would never get the money they are owed from the company. They paid us £6.40 per hour which is the apprenticeship minimum wage but a number of employees, including myself, got paid this amount before our apprenticeship even started. It is the law to pay employees the normal minimum wage before they start the apprenticeship and then once they start it, then pay the apprenticeship minimum wage. They refuse to give me my pay slip even though they're meant to give it to me. I have asked for it a number of times but I have never received it. They don't train you.
