Lots of over time in the summers. flexible with family emergencies and sick days.

Cons

No warnings about lay offs or terminations due to lack of work. Unfriendly and hostile work environment

Pros

The work is interesting, the opportunities are limited only by your willingness to work hard. The pay is reasonable and there is an attempt at life balance

Cons

Horizontal communication is poor, the seasonal nature of the work is frustrating. There are some company politics but they are not terrible
