      Universal Wilde, Basically a Nice Place to Work

      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere with very nice people, considerable employee loyalty (many employees have been there for decades), company has a solid if not growing position in the marketplace.

      Cons

      Printing is becoming a commodity business. The firm struggles to escape the trap of being forced to shave pennies per piece off of printing transactions. Employee benefits are also limited (e.g., company pays only 40% of health insurance premiums, no 401k match, stingy PTO policy).

      Absolutely nothing positive will result front working here. Nothing

      Cons

      When nearly 10% of their workforce nearly died from workplace legionnaires disease, This company left fellow co-workers in such a hazardous, dangerous situation and had no regard for their safety, health or well being. Legionnaires disease warrants mandated water samples, evacuation and clean up. They never evacuate employees from hazards. They absolutely DO NOT CARE about their workers. Their actions could have resulted in death. You do not want to work for these people. PERIOD

      Company is without direction and leadership. CEO lacks integrity, credibilty and respect from senior management, sales and customer-facing staff.
