      Pros

      Universal Wolf follow through with their branding and company ethos. Not many companies can attest to this. I`ve only been with the business 8 weeks but I feel like I`ve been here much longer. Really friendly and supportive team. Live the values that they promote from top to bottom. I`m very happy and look forward to the years ahead.

      4 day working week great lads on the shop floor

      unfair pay quantity over quality to high expectations from managers very pushy no care for staff on the shop floor

      Pros

      The "Pack" culture is real - everyone is eager to support their team mate and get the best job done for customers. Products are complex and require high skill level, the company is committed to developing all colleagues across the business. Leadership very supportive and encouraging with good level of open communication.
