They offer between 18.000 and 19.000€ gross salary for 8-hour working day, not even remote working option. Haha.

Pros

Great people from all around the world who teach you a lot and give you amazing perspectives on different aspects of life. The culture is amazing amongst the staff. A good way to gain experience so that you can move onto bigger and better things.

Cons

SLT don’t really seem to care about anyone but themselves (apart from 1 or 2 members of SLT who are genuinely lovely). Unrealistic expectations set for some departments to do the work of many, leading to burnout and mental health issues. Severely underpaid. No benefits apart from the standard EAP and a discount portal. Christmas shutdown has to be taken out of your holiday entitlement, which is already at the minimum. No consistent Christmas or Summer parties. No bonuses for when the company has had a good year. Some members of SLT don’t even look at the staff when they are in the office, making people feel undervalued. People only stay working there so they can work for an industry they love and are passionate about, especially with the industry being so hard to get another job in.
