      The base salary for someone who has a couple years of previous experience is decent and this is something that is easily negotiable upon hire. 35 days paid vacation after first full year if hired full time, 4 days have to be taken at Christmas.

      Cons

      For this position and pay 660 CAD are taken out biweekly. All contracts say that you can be fired with no explanation. Discrimination is common occurrence in many departments
