Management can care less about staff working the floor. Poor consistency and teamwork. It seems like every man is for themselves. Did not feel valued as a MHT. Although, there are a handful of employees who have worked at UBC for many years, the turnover rate is high. Concerns on unit are not taken seriously when brought to managements attention. It depends on who you are and you can get away with almost anything but very few have this privilege.

Money is the bottom line. Management does not care about their employees.
