Bright & Duggan suffers from a deep-rooted lack of leadership and strategic capability. The executive team is largely inexperienced and ill-equipped to run a performing business. Instead of fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and innovation. They operate reactively and rely heavily on a small inner circle of favorites, many of whom are underqualified and lack the basic skills to lead or manage. The business culture is toxic, driven by politics, poor communication, there is no clear vision, no long-term planning, and no meaningful support for staff who want to deliver. If you're looking for a place to grow your career, work with capable leaders, or feel genuinely supported this is not the place. I would strongly advise others to think twice before joining.
