Every single person in this organization complains about the CEO. It feels like you are in a mirage. One Director told me that the board would never fire the CEO bc she has them wrapped around their finger. She's out of touch, arrogant, and unloving. Often problems were brought to her and she won't bat an eyelash. Management is consistently leaving the organization. A very unhappy place to work. And the only real goal is to get funds - literally any way possible. As site managers were are told to send in pictures of students so they can later put them on social media and websites asking for money from sponsors. Extremely underpaid.
