Pros

- mental health is a growing field. - unique product.

Cons

- It is very corporate, don't expect a "different" culture just because it is mental health. - private company with no stock options. - Personality is more important than performance.

Pros

Working with an organisation whose vision is a world where mental health is universally understood, nurtured and celebrated. Our mission is to positively impact the mental health of millions of people. Every single person I have met at this company share that same vision and mission. We share a supportive, collaborative, and open company culture. Flexible work between the office and home. Being such a young company it also feels like we get the opportunity to shape some of the processes and have our voices heard.

Cons

Being so new to market, our brand recognition is still growing in new markets such as ANZ. I do feel however, that we're equipped with the best teams to help us grow this quickly and effectively.
