This company will fire you for no reason with no warning they don't care if you are a single mom trying to support a family. I was never once late or called out I was pleasnt to the guests I helped out other server and I was randomly fired because I wasn't the right fit for UNOs

Poor Managers who have very little knowledge of what they are doing. Female manager drinks and parties with employees leading to favoritism and being grumpy due to being hung over . Friends and drinking buddies get all the shifts while those outside the party game get treated horribly. Training is non-existent and managers provide no support. One/two years ago management was top notch! All employees were treated equally with incentives and encouragement. With the sudden change in managers around Sept/Oct, this business is being run into the ground. Huge mistake. I'm referring to the Modesto, Ca location.
