Pros

There are some nice co-workers here, sometimes there's free beer

Cons

Management is very childish, the COO, Ignacio will make your life impossible if you do anything he considers "disloyal". There's no opportunity of growing, if your last name does not match with anyone from c-level, that pretty much takes any opportunity from you.

Pros

Good salary and compensations package. Good projects. Good parties and beers at office every 15 days. Good facilities.

Cons

Behind their "flexible" principle, they exploit their consultants! Painful leadership and project management. Bad risk management. They fire people without a real justification.

Thanks for the comments. Project management (PMO) was added to the organization this year. Flexible work schedules are indeed built into the culture of Unosquare but sometimes those privileges are removed for certain engineers when that flexibility is problematic for Unosquare or customers. Lastly, please provide details of "exploitation" by sending a personal email to the CEO. Those accusations are taken very seriously.

Pros

Nice building and free snacks/lunch. They spend a lot money trying to have a nice office with games, relax rooms and nice computers

Cons

Leadership does not care about people, they think they can do what ever they want because they are the CEO or directors, like Mario, Gian and Ignacio. I really recommend them to respect the people and do their best to work on an environment with values. On the company anniversary they hired some girls to do a show and the Leadership always get drunk at parties and do not respect girls; since they are on a c-level they think they are funny and can do all the bulling they want to their employees.

As a "former" employee you should know that over the last year leadership in Mexico is working hard to improve by hiring more and more women, initiating internship programs, and striving to be the leader in respecting everyone. We have a way to go but we are working hard to become the best. Thank you for your feedback.
