-Low pay for the high cost of living -Low performance incentives -Commissions and sales reporting isn’t transparent -Co-owner structure presents difficulties with conflicting directives daily -Constant growth pains -At my time of employment there was no enterprise level ERP/MRP system in place causing more than sluggish logistics and a poor customer experience.
