      *The values guide how the company is run and how decisions are made *Leadership genuinely cares about the people on the team and continues to put health and family first, even in hard times *Though the company is small there have always been opportunities to grow and new challenges to lean into *The mission of the organization is front and center - our Fellows are the heart of everything we do

      *We continue to operate like a start up at times even though the company has been doing this work for well over a decade, but then again, for many that keeps things exciting

      I have never seen a company that fails at living up to its public values No accountability among senior leadership for their own Gaslighting, manipulating, demoralizing women Major pay inequities, especially regarding women and BIPOC Luckily some of the worst are gone, but the CEO is still there, still has a damaging ego, and there is really no solving for that as an employee. I never want to work for anyone like him, or anywhere like this ever again.
