Pros

*The values guide how the company is run and how decisions are made *Leadership genuinely cares about the people on the team and continues to put health and family first, even in hard times *Though the company is small there have always been opportunities to grow and new challenges to lean into *The mission of the organization is front and center - our Fellows are the heart of everything we do

Cons

*We continue to operate like a start up at times even though the company has been doing this work for well over a decade, but then again, for many that keeps things exciting

Pros

Easily the best place I have ever worked. This company truly focusses on people first, both the entrepreneurs they support and the employees. So much emphasis is put on living their values, and when challenges are faced internally voices are heard and a lot of care is put into solving them. I've never worked somewhere that cares so much about its culture and striving to be a place that is enjoyable, welcoming, and comfortable for employees to work and thrive. I love that I can contribute to the growth of the company and have autonomy in my role. As well as the trust and flexibility to work where and when I want. The global community of entrepreneurs, mentors and investors that Unreasonable has created is so impressive, and working with these people is an absolute privilege.

Cons

As a growing company there are bumps along the road in growing a team and setting up new processes, but I ultimately see this as a pro because I get to contribute to that growth and learn myself. If you're not excited about being a part of that learning journey then this is not the place for you, but if you like to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in then you'll love it.
