Too young to run a company

Pros

The company is filled with young energy which is great if you wanna go and have fun time there.

Cons

Too immature management Management is a group of college friends who think they are superior to others. They tell you you have to do whatever they ask you because "you are getting paid" and they want "yes mans" in their team who will say yes for everything and do exactly what they want. They say you have the freedom to bring your own ideas or thoughts, but it's not really respected when you do. There is no HR whom you can go and complain to. There are no feedback sessions or meetings to help the employee know where they are wrong they just ask you to leave because one of the management members doesn't like you, personally. They ask you to come at 10 or 11 but the manager wont herself show up until 2 . There will be times you go to the office and no one will be there, it will be locked, because they forgot to inform you that nobody was gonna work from office. Even during covid they expect people to come everyday and take no precautions at office. To sum it up, they are a bunch of immature young people who are just there to have fun , smoke cigs, party every night. That's all.

Pros

Only if you’re close to Hyderabad, you can work at the company. No pros other than this

Cons

Toxic work culture Managers spy on your conversations Constant Firing of college interns literally after just a month of joining in Interns coming from far away are fired without any proper information and reason. Wasting their time and money on travel, living, food etc All managers boast a lot about the so called “mini-mba” experience that you’ll get at Unschool, trust me it’s all a lie Linguistic barrier for North Indians They don’t pay what they claim. Offer letter said 14k stipend, barely 12k was given. CTC was 6.5LPA to fluke you. Not even 3L can be earned in one year Managers do not care about your customers facing technical problems after selling the courses by ghosting them. Everyone at Unschool makes fake accounts to put 5 Star ratings on every online platform for their own company. They also try to take down negative reviews like this one. Environment is very toxic to work with as they constantly fire people because of their nonstop hiring, the pay is too less for Hyderabad and the working hours are sometimes more than 10 hours P.S.: even the courses they sell are a scam. They revoke access after a few weeks while claiming the courses to be a lifetime access course.

Pros

Sadly, none. If you are working here, shift to another sales and marketing job that pays you more for the work and pressure you get here. Know your worth and work.

Cons

They underpay for the work you do. Lucrative business only concerned about the top authorities and their pays. Zero professionalism, mannerism, work culture, freedom of option. They don’t have any actual work to do. They fool the interns and new executives and make them work even on day offs. Many people from in this office are unqualified for the roles they are placed in, including the senior HR, who is a HR without a MBA degree or the experience required for it.
